If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Curated Image Design LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CURATÉ Atelier. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a paid subscription or guarantee platform access. Waitlist positions are not transferable. We reserve the right to grant or deny platform access at our sole discretion. Founding member benefits are available only to eligible waitlist members who complete registration upon launch.

CURATÉ Atelier provides AI-powered personal styling services, including but not limited to:

• Virtual wardrobe organization and AI look building
• AI-curated shopping cart assembly based on your style profile
• Body type, silhouette, and color analysis
• Returns courier coordination (Tier Two and above)
• Direct stylist communication and event styling (Tier Three / The Atelier)

We act as a styling intermediary and are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or return policies of third-party retailers. All purchase approvals are made by you; we facilitate, not finalize, transactions without your explicit consent.

Paid membership tiers are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the platform without prior written consent

All content on CURATÉ Atelier — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, copy, AI-generated style recommendations, and design elements — is the property of Curated Image Design LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

CURATÉ Atelier is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI style recommendations, the suitability of products curated on your behalf, or uninterrupted platform availability. Style recommendations are personalized suggestions and do not constitute professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curated Image Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including any losses related to purchases made through third-party retailers facilitated by our service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
